Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days after your item has been delivered. If 60 days have gone by since the delivery of your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which can be found in the inbox of the e-mail provided during checkout. If you have any trouble locating this information, please contact us at support@styru.com and we will be happy to assist you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that shows obvious signs of use and is not dysfunctional.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some more time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you need to exchange an item for another, please send us an email at support@styru.com for further assistance.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact support@styru.com for the closest return center. Please do not mail a return until you have received instructions from our support team.
We will provide a return label on any return you wish to make within the return period. We understand that online clothing shopping may make proper sizing difficult, so we would like to make your returns as pain free as possible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
